The community nursing services we offer at Angelic Care are provided by specialists who are committed to ensuring your health and welfare. We personalise your therapy to your individual needs while working with you one-on-one in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to spend less time in the hospital and resume your favourite activities.

You may benefit from seeing a Community Nurse in the comfort of your own home for:
- Severe dysphagia
- Ventilator management
- Sub-cutaneous injections
- Tracheostomy management
- Urinary catheter management
- Complex wound management
- Clinical Nurse Continence Assessment
- Wound care management and assessments
- Enteral (naso gastric tube jejunum or duodenum) feeding and management
- Clinical Assessments and carer training room for onsite consultations
- General health assessments, including diabetes management, medication reviews and more.
Where can you see our Community Nurses?
You can meet with our Community Nurses in the comfort of your own home on the Gold Coast or via Telehealth. You can visit us onsite for a clinical review assessment and treatment plan in the Gold Coast Site.

How we work
Due to spinal cord injury or damage, other physical limitations, or both, you may have complicated demands or obstacles that our community nurses are properly equipped to handle. Our nurses can help you with any needs you might have as a result of your injury because they have a lot of expertise dealing with spinal cord injuries.
With the help of our community nursing services, take charge of your health.
One of our friendly customer care managers will spend some time with you to understand your interests and abilities and together we work with you to design a program tailored to your needs.

We have been working to support people with disabilities on the Gold Coast for ten years, with a combined expertise and case management experience of over 50 years.
